General Information
Join us for the 5th Annual Fall Festival on the College Manor lawn. We will have live music, food trucks, local vendors, punkin chunkin, raffle drawings and other wholesome neighborhood fun! BYOB and BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair)
Date and Time
This Saturday, October 22nd beginning at 4:00PM and ending around 9:00PM, when the fire burns out.

College Manor Front Lawn
Parking
Please do not park in visitor parking unless you are visiting a College Manor resident.
If it rains prior to the event, we will make a determination as to whether or not cars can park on the lawn.
Vendors are permitted to park in the tear drop (Contact Rita Nahban or Bobby Renaud for directions).
Handicap drop-off is permitted but cars will need to be moved to the upper parking lot during the event.
We ask that Lutherville residents park along Franke Avenue or leave cars at home, if able.
The upper lawn will have additional parking with signs to direct but will not have an attendant. Available on a first come-first serve basis.

- 4:00 – Boss Burger and El Jefe Food Truck starts serving 4:30- Opening Band
- 5:59 – Lighting of the Bonfire
- 6:00 – Headlining Band
- 7:00 – Raffle Drawing
- 9:00 – Wind down the evening
