College Manor for over 60 years in Maryland

The Latest on College Manor and COVID-19

All tests have come back negative to-date! We will continue to test residents each month going forward as a new precaution. Along with this good news, we have re-opened the dining room for lunch. We still need to keep residents distant while enjoying their meal. Only 2 people are allowed at small dining tables and only 4 people at larger tables.

Visitors: Outdoor visitors are welcome during the week 10am – 5pm. Please contact Bobby Renaud if you’d like to visit (443-652-4061). We need help with this to make sure that we limit the number of people on campus at any given time. No more than 2 guests per visitor and both parties need to be wearing masks.

We have petitioned the county to allow us to open up indoor visitation with less restrictions, such as weekly testing. Updates will be provided as soon as we know more.

Thermal scanners have been purchased to use as people enter the building. One will be located at the main entrance between the glass door sections. The other, in the handicap entrance hallway, in between the automatic doors. We hope that these devices will give everyone more confidence as we continue to open our doors. Please await further notice prior to any indoor visitation. We will make sure everyone is aware.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time!
